01 / Overview

Real plant, real capacity

Built to be inspected.

Our 1,000,000 m² seamless pipe works runs a complete long-process production chain — in-house steelmaking, 42 cold-drawn and 15 cold-rolled tube lines, two Assel mills, two continuous rolling lines, and two hot-expansion lines, with full heat-treatment and testing equipment. A further 530,000 m² welded pipe plant operates 3 HFW and 8 SAW lines, eight 3,500–8,000 T JCOE presses, and four SSAW lines with combined UT flaw detection, hydrostatic testing, and stress-relief furnaces.

We also operate large indoor warehouses in Hangzhou, Nanjing, Cangzhou, and Daye — 300,000 m² of warehousing in total. Buyers and auditors are welcome to arrange an on-site or video walkthrough at any stage of an order.

Our 1,000,000 m² seamless pipe works runs a complete long-process production chain — one steelmaking line, 42 cold-drawn tube lines, 15 cold-rolled tube lines, two Assel mills, two continuous rolling lines, and two hot-expansion seamless lines — backed by full heat-treatment and inspection equipment.

Our 530,000 m² welded pipe plant (LSAW & SSAW) adds 3 high-frequency welding lines and 8 submerged-arc welding lines, eight 3,500–8,000 T JCOE forming presses, and 4 spiral (SSAW) lines — equipped with advanced combined UT flaw detection, hydrostatic testing, and stress-relief furnaces.

Covered yards, ready stock.

We operate large indoor warehouses in Hangzhou (Zhejiang), Nanjing (Jiangsu), Cangzhou (Hebei), and Daye (Hubei) — 300,000 m² of warehousing in total. Each lot is tagged and stored by heat number for instant traceability.
